Payment and Refund Policy

Creations by Colibra accepts debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and cash. We request a fifty percent (50%) deposit to reserve your date, location and delivery/ setup fee (if applicable). The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon arrival to set up or at pick up of the items. 

A fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount paid will be awarded if the event is cancelled 30 days or more in advance.

If the event is cancelled within 30 days, all money paid is non-refundable.
